Where we ship

MIXLET currently accepts orders for eligible United States addresses. Orders are fulfilled by our shipping partner in China.

Shipping cost

Standard US shipping is free for addresses accepted at checkout. Available delivery options are shown before you place your order.

Processing and delivery estimates

For our current shipping route, our supplier estimates 1–3 days for processing, followed by 5–11 days in transit. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Some orders may take longer because of sourcing, carrier or customs delays.

International shipping and customs

Orders ship internationally and may require customs clearance. Any import charges not collected at checkout may be requested separately by the carrier or customs authority.
